Aja Botanicals is a British fragrance company that specialises in natural scents. Our fine fragrances give a connection to the natural world, harnessing the holistic power of scent to transform your energy, mindset and space.
Our founder, Tilly Wood, grew up in the British countryside and is an advocate for natural health and beauty. She started Aja Botanicals in 2020, inspired by her belief in a holistic approach to health and a desire to create natural products for use in her own home.
In her quest to create fine fragrances that are as pure as possible, Tilly studied perfumery and works alongside some of the UK’s leading scent-makers to bring her ideas to reality.

Hand-crafted in the UK, each Aja Botanicals fragrance is made from carefully sourced essential oils of the highest quality and aromatic properties. Our scents employ the emotive and transformational effects of natural ingredients, to create sophisticated fine fragrances that are designed to bring a sense of nature, pleasure and soulfulness into the home.
Design-led and with a love for detail, Aja Botanicals works with artisan craftspeople to create our beautiful vessels. Hand-blown in Istanbul – the historic centre for glassmaking – our glass candle holders embody a minimalist design, embracing the beauty in simplicity to offer an elegant and contemporary look. Each vessel is available in a choice of black or white glass, to effortlessly blend with any interior.
A mindful approach
British in spirit, Aja Botanicals is born from a love of the English countryside. Our fine fragrances celebrate the natural world and its ability to enchant us with feelings of calm, restoration and revival; offering an antidote to the fast-paced, technology-driven world we find ourselves in.
Minimising our environmental impact is important to us. We only work with suppliers and ingredients that are not detrimental to the balance of the Earth.
All of our manufacturing is done locally in the UK, with the exception of our glass vessels, which are hand-blown in Istanbul. These lovingly crafted vessels are designed to be refilled with our soon-to-launch candle refills, or repurposed, for use time and time again.
