Aim & Purpose:

By Tilly Ltd is deeply committed to acting responsibly across all its business practices. Our decisions are guided by a comprehensive understanding of social, economic, environmental, and ethical factors, with the aim of contributing to a socially responsible supply chain. At By Tilly Ltd, we implement effective measures and controls to ensure that slavery and human trafficking are not present in any of our supply chains or manufacturing processes.

Employment:

We are dedicated to maintaining a fair and transparent hiring process. Our recruitment is based solely on merit, ensuring that no candidate is discriminated against based on race, age, creed, or sexual orientation. We verify that all employees have the correct documentation and rights to work with us.

Manufacturing & Supply Chain:

We conduct regular meetings and site visits with our suppliers to ensure all employees work under ethical and safe conditions. During these visits, we perform internal audits to assess the practices of our suppliers. We work collaboratively to address any issues identified. Should a supplier fail to adequately resolve an issue, we re-evaluate the relationship and, if necessary, terminate it.

We do not permit outsourcing to third parties, ensuring that working standards are upheld for all employees within the supply chain.
