Gemini season arrived quickly, the way it always does, and the pace of things has picked up with it. Where Taurus asked us to slow down and arrive, Gemini has us reaching, connecting, following one thread of curiosity into the next. It has felt like a season of conversations, some finished, some not, and I have made my peace with that.
GEMINI: THE MESSENGER
Gemini is a mutable air sign, ruled by Mercury, the planet of communication, thought and exchange. Its symbol is the twins, and that duality runs through everything about this season: two ideas held at once, two versions of a plan, the pull between staying and moving on. Where Taurus builds slowly and with devotion, Gemini moves lightly and quickly, more interested in the next idea than in finishing the last one. Its gift is adaptability, the ability to hold many things at once and find the connections between them that others miss.
URANUS IN GEMINI
As Taurus season closed, I wrote about Uranus finally leaving Taurus after seven years, and moving into Gemini. That shift is already being felt. Gemini rules communication, technology, the way we think, speak and connect, and with Uranus here now, that territory is being shaken up in the best sense. Conversations from a different chapter are resurfacing. Ideas are arriving faster than usual. Old ways of communicating are being asked to evolve. If things feel a little unpredictable at the moment, that is exactly what this transit is here to do.
THE SHADOW SIDE OF GEMINI: WHAT TO WATCH FOR
Every sign has one, and Gemini's shadow shows up as scatter. The quickness that makes this sign so adaptable can just as easily tip into restlessness: messages left unanswered, plans made and unmade, a dozen things started and nothing quite finished. Overthinking, and talking, can start to replace actually feeling something through. The invitation this season is to let the curiosity move without losing the thread, to follow an idea somewhere rather than everywhere at once.
INTO THE MYSTIC: THE SCENT FOR THIS SEASON
If I were choosing one fragrance for Gemini season, it would be Into the Mystic. As a home fragrance, it is less about wearing the energy and more about setting it into a room: something layered and a little enigmatic, the kind of scent that shifts subtly the longer you sit with it, much like Gemini itself. Let it fill the space where the conversations happen, the ones that wander, the ones that come back around to where they started.
A SIMPLE RITUAL FOR THIS SEASON
Choose one thought, one conversation, one small idea, and give it your full attention for longer than feels natural. Light your Into the Mystic candle or diffuser while you do it. Let the room hold the stillness that your mind is reaching past. Notice how much further one followed thread can take you than ten half-started ones.
Be curious. Be adaptable. But let one thing land before you reach for the next.
With love, Tilly x
